Work Life Balance

For many years now, employers and employees have been balancing the fine line between their work life and home life. This term was coined as "Work Life Balance". In this day of mobile computing, Work Life Balance is dead. Before someone cries blasphemy, let me explain.

Right up front, most of us are carrying our life in our pocket, hip or purse. Yes, that blessing and curse - THE CELL PHONE. This device that buys us our freedom from being near a land based line has put us on a mobile anchor.

So obviously there are benefits of being mobile. We aren't locked at home or an office or some other physical location. But now we are available 24x7x365. Our employers now can reach us whenever and where ever we are at. But this isn't all bad news. With smart phone technologies, we are able to do many aspects of our job from where ever we are at. I can connect with my web services back in the office and be almost as productive as I am with my Droid as I am at my desk.

On the flip side, I can also stay easily connected with my friends, family and new business contacts. I can tweet, post updates to blogs, catch up on the news, etc. all from my phone without using any corporate resources.

This has brought us to a new understanding for Work Life Balance. As I stated earlier, Work Life Balance is dead. We are now at Work Life Integration. There is no longer a line separating the two. Just evaluate your life and your social interactions and you will see how true this all is.

If you want to understand more about this, search the web for the term "Socialnomics".

This "Freedom" enables many people to pursue other liberties in their life.

Here's to Work Life Integration!

Clinique Ingredients

I found this interesting post on ehow. It talks about the ingredients used on Clinique's products. After you read it, you will probably want to check out this site to find out how BioCé is very different.

Here is the article from ehow.
http://www.ehow.com/about_4710393_ingredients-clinique-makeup.html
While Clinique does not conduct animal testing, the company does use a few animal ingredients in its products. According to the "Ask an Expert" section on the Clinique website, U.S. animal food industry by-products are used only when no other ingredients can produce the exact same effect. This is information that strict vegans would appreciate prior to buying items from any cosmetics line.
One of Clinique's bestselling items is its "Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion." Its ingredients--purified water, mineral oil, sesame oil, propylene glycol, tea stearate, glyceryl stearate, lanolin alcohol, petrolatum, methylparaben and propylparaben--give consumers an idea about what the company uses in its range of products. While the ingredients in Clinique's products are common in conventional cosmetics, some raise concerns. Methylparaben and propylparaben for instance give cosmetics a longer shelf life but are synthetic preservatives that may be associated with breast cancer. Propylene glycol may cause liver abnormalities as well as damage the kidneys upon skin contact.
Another of Clinique's most popular products, "Liquid Facial Soap," contains sodium laureth sulfate, which research has shown could also be a health hazard. In any case, it is up to individual consumers to discern whether using any product is in her best interests or not. (See Resources for details.)

Here is some information from the BioCé website.
We're very careful with what goes in our products, because they're going on your skin.
WHAT'S IN BIOCÉ: Vitamins like E, A and B3, minerals like hematite and zinc, plant actives, rich natural emollients, moisture attractors like hyaluronic acid, and plant-based exfoliators like alpha-hydroxy acids.
WHAT'S NOT: Animal or animal-tested products, benzene, comedogenics (pore cloggers), formaldehyde-releasing ingredients, fragrance, irritants, nanoparticles, nitrosating ingredients, PABA, parabens, PEGs, petrolatum/mineral oil, pthalates, sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, and toluene.

Ok Orlando, you've got another opportunity to hear about this amazing organization. Come hear what the Trump Network has in store for America.

In May, we saw a 40% increase in business. Every month we continue to grow and exceed our expectations. Why haven't you joined us and shared in the profits?

So this Friday night, we will be at the Hilton in Altamonte Springs near Orlando. We will be doing the business presentation at 7pm to those that are willing to listen. After the business presentation, we will then begin the training for our marketers. What a great opportunity to join the business and hear immediately how to be successful.

So what are you waiting for? Come to the Hilton in Altamonte Springs this Friday (6/18) and hear what could be the start of a great future with a residual income.

Where did the time go?

Wow, can't believe that has been a month since my last post. So much has happened. Where to begin?

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to the big event in Las Vegas. Instead, I stayed home to watch my son's baseball team win their championship on the same Saturday. While I wish I could have gone to Vegas, I wouldn't have missed his team winning the championship. Their team won the game in the bottom of the last inning. Super exciting game. But time to shift from Little League and back to business.

My upline attended Vegas and gave me a rundown of what transpired. New bonus programs, new training programs and even a new marketing solution. Al that topped by a new product line. WOW, I missed a lot. The good news here is that they are doing a miniature Vegas in Orlando on June 18 - 19th. I will definitely be there for that. I will get to hear a shorter but thorough presentation about many of the same items.

Let's talk about the new product line. The Trump Network came out with a new anti-aging skin care solution. I picked up kit of this new product line. BioCé (pronounced by–OH–chay)is an incredible new one-of-a-kind solution. If you want to find out more about this product line, check out this link... http://www.bioceyourlife.com/

The company introduced a new trainer program. So now people that conduct training can now be awarded bonuses for doing the training. How's that for a new way to make money?

They've also enhanced our bonus program and introduced Infinity Bonuses. So now, no matter how deep your line is, you can still make money from signing new people. Outstanding!

Finally, for all those people that wish that they could join but claim they aren't sales people, we just created a new marketing program. Our wealth creation system will now enable everyday people to market this program without having to be a sales person. Instead, our favorite billionaire will be doing the marketing for you. It really is an amazing system.

If you want to find out more about this wealth creation system, our new skin care products or any other part of The Trump Network, please drop me an e-mail at brio.donor@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you!
